sorry I couldn't finish the title of the blog post cuz as I was typing I heard some angry scorp yelling things in the background ;w;   I-I'm scared

Have to admit it's not my greatest drawing, but I tried ^^; besides Cludi will lie and say it's great to save my feelings lol. but turns out I didn't draw anything last year ;; so I'm glad I at least tried to do something

Just like most of my Alyssa drawings there's a theme.

It's called
Scorpios being angry at us cuz we call 'em softies, they give us glares while holding their tears in on tight to their plu- uh n-not that they own a plush!!!!

so here we have

flustered Aly with her plush (that she'll hopefully own soon  ........... n-not that she cares about plushes, nopeee) 

 still can't get the haircolour right   ^^;

 

every time her mum asks what she wants for her birthday she secretly thinks of Hannah Montana merchandise or dolphin stuff but ends up saying '........uh computer stuff, something for regular 20 years old then laughs awkwardly and is all flustered  

Experiment + I'm bad at painting

 So it initially started with me painting to distract myself, but I turned it into an experiment....well, actually Alyssa did by being herself again x3

So I started by showing the sketch 

Did Alyssa recognize it? Ofcourse she didn't lol

(awful quality)

Brăila? Nope, but also grey and known for its common ppl and booze 

Venice? They wish

So, I decided to go with Romania. Guess the place in Romania

I thought the that the more I'd finish this, the more she might realise that it's not Romania AT ALL haha. It's in the very west of Romania, more like veryyyy west from Romania  (northwest)

  

Expectation vs reality

Reality is often disappointing 

What we've learnt today isn't surprising:

-I'm that bad at painting that alyssa won't recognize what I'm painting

-Alyssa never recognizes her home (but still luuuuves it vewiii much uwu) 

Just an average day in the trash

 I apologise for bad Romanian and being too lazy to use accents

 Ah yes, Braila. a magical place. That magcial that some maps of Romania refuse to show it ....or that magicaaal that most tourist guides won't even write about it when talking about the Muntenia region

No worries, no worries!
Those are just meanies who can't appreciate some nicely placed trash, donkeys and a city centre with ...uh...umbrellas and a carrefour market (who doesn't love carrefour???)

So I decided to dedicate a blog post to Bracla Braila  :3

a short history of how the city was found:
Once upon a time there was the capital of Romania, Bucharest. They already had a bad reputation, so they had to make sure their capital looked immaculate and fancy.
But oh no wait, what to do with all the trash? All the rubbish?
Well, luckily, there was an empty spot northeast from the capital, approximately 200 km away. It was once a beautiful fairytale land with beautiful nature. Where the donkeys lived peacefully.
This all changed when Bucharest decided to use the place as their dump. After several years, it became a place full of trash. Some Romanians thought to themselves "Casa mea de vis este facuta din gunoi" (in the category: you can find an audience for all kinds of things)
And so the dump turned into a community, where Romanians and eventually the former donkeys lived in harmony
Bucharest felt low-key guilty so they decided to give them the title of oras uwu

So what does this wonderful place has to offer:

- Carrefour market
- bonus: more than one Carrefour market
- donkeys
- a street with umbrellas
- idk why they're there either, but lots of cities use them as decorations these days
- THE CLOCK
- a mall. its symbol is a butterfly
- which, ahaha, is kinda ironic when you think of it. Not sure butterflies would wanna come to Braila with all the smelly trash, but ok
- Cludi the dolphin whisperer    :D
- The famous Witch house (undeeee este ;; )
- that one fishy park with the weird tower
- Romanians standing on their roof???
- lots of pink houses
