When you
are born in the United Kingdom, people will often assume British English (and
by that we mean: decent British English) is your mother tongue. However, there
is a chance that you’re considered an exception.
There are some
who are born in the United Kingdom, yet not capable of speaking decent English.
This category is what we call “Scousers” and “Scouse English”. For these people
we’ve made a guideline to help them sound more like the normal British person
when they are confronted with someone who is able to speak in a decent way.
